We walk with outgoing ministry leaders on behalf of their organization.

If your organization is in transition or about to enter into a season of change, the road ahead is often very complex and can have its challenges.

How does Ministry Transitions work with ministry leadership to ensure a healthy change?

What does the roadmap look like?

Recognizing that every situation is unique, this is a general framework for how we engage with ministry leadership in the transition process.

Discovery Session

Meet with ministry leadership to understand the situation and give an overview of the transition process.

Engage Services

Prepare ministry leadership for communication with the outgoing leader and community.

Situational Assessment

Meet with the outgoing leader and identify areas of need vocationally, spiritually, mentally, and relationally.

Transition Planning

Implement the roadmap for the outgoing leader and their family, preparing them for the next season.

How does Ministry Transitions help outgoing leaders and their families?

We focus on three primary areas of engagement, each with a pool of resources designed to ease the challenges of a leadership transition and provide a path of comprehensive support.

We help ministry leadership model Godly character and the love of Christ in these transitions.

Our goal is to minister to the outgoing leader and their families to heal, coach, and counsel them to recover and continue to serve God’s Kingdom as quickly as possible.
