HOW GOD HAS EQUIPPED YOU TO SERVE THE CHURCH AND MARKETPLACE

Spiritual Gifts Assessment

God gives spiritual gifts, abilities empowered  by the Holy Spirit, to build up and strengthen the church community, not just the individual receiving them. These gifts serve to glorify  God, to profit believers spiritually, and to strengthen them to serve and carry out God's purposes, ultimately fulfilling His will and bringing people closer to Him. For those not  working within the institutional church, these  gifts have a marketplace manifestation in any organization you work for.

This assessment provides additional assessment insight into specific jobs that uses your gifts, and aligns  with who you are. It also steers you away from positions where your giftings do not align.

This assessment identifies your spiritual strengths and areas for development should you choose to.

LEARNING YOUR INDIVIDUAL THINKING FILTERS

Acumen Index Assessment

The Acumen Capacity Index report explores both how people interact with the world and, on a more personal level, how they view their value in the world.

Acumen can be seen through a person's ability to make value judgments. Another way to see acumen is by considering people's ability to organize their intellectual and emotional reasoning. In essence the stronger a person's acumen, the more aware that person is of how biases or blind spots impact one's ability to address situations.

The ACI report focuses on a person’s clarity in the following dimension: Understanding Others, Practical Thinking, Systems Judgment, Sense of Self, Role Awareness and Self Direction. The ACI report also looks at their Clarity of Performance, Situational Awareness and Capacity for Problem Solving to name a few.
